The Price City Community Progress Committee will be presenting their Old Fashion Christmas Yard Awards to the winners on Tuesday December 19 starting at 5:30 pm.
The awards were chosen by committee and the criteria was based on best use of the Christmas theme and curb appeal. The Judges remained in their vehicles to judge and chose based on homes that had not received an award recently as well. The judging process for Christmas was very difficult, as there are so many worthy homes.
The Price City residents that have been named 2017 winners are:
5:30 David Paur 212 South 500 West
5:45 Norm Potter 680 South 400 East
6:00 Lauren Reaveley 567 Dover Circle
6:15 Kathy Morales 840 N 100 East
The criteria for the contest was based on creativity, orderly, festive and could include lights if the participants chose to.
The lucky winners will be awarded with a token sign from Price City Community Progress and Price City to show appreciation for responsible and prideful citizens of Price City by putting forth an effort to make the city just a bit brighter. When you see the winners around town be sure to say “congratulations and job well done.”
If you have questions on these awards call Council Member Terry Willis at 650-1209.
