The Carbon High Theatre Department is excited to perform their second production of the school year entitled Harvey.  It will begin its run on February 28 till March 5 at 7:00 pm at the Carbon High School Auditorium.

“You look at the kids, the level of talent, it’s just amazing and again they are geared up, this is supposed to be a great production, it will keep you in your seat,” said Principal Bruce Bean. Every production would not be possible without the hard work and guidance of theatre teacher, Steve Pay.

The Pulitzer Prize-winning comedy by Mary Chase tells the story of Elwood P. Dowd, a polite and friendly man with a strange best friend, six-foot, three and one-half inch invisible rabbit named Harvey. The characters are constantly contemplating Harvey’s existence, leading them to question Elwood’s mental state. The play will leave audience members with several laugh out loud moments.

Tickets for the play may be purchased at the door with admission price for adults at $5.00 and $3.00 for children.
