*Carbon County Community Fishing Pond*:

*Cleveland Reservoir*:
The reservoir has about 18 inches of solid ice, but the ice is currently buried under about two feet of snow and slush. Anglers have had a lot of success catching rainbow trout here using tube jigs tipped with mealworms. Fishing has been best before noon. (03-07-18)
*Duck Fork Reservoir*:
Access to the reservoir and other waters on the South Manti may be limited due to snow, ice and mud. (03-07-18)
*Electric Lake*:
The lake is currently inaccessible for highway vehicles due to recent snowfall. The boat ramp is accessible, however, with snow shoes or a snow machine. Fishing may be best near the boat ramp and from other sloping terrain using tube jigs. (03-07-18)
*Fairview Lakes*:
The lakes are currently inaccessible with highway vehicles due to recent snow. (03-07-18)
*Ferron Reservoir*:
The reservoir and other waters on the South Manti are inaccessible for highway vehicles. (03-07-18)
*Gigliotti Pond*:
The pond has frozen over again, but the ice is only two to three inches thick and too unstable for ice fishing.

*Grassy Lake*:

*Huntington Creek*:
Some areas of Huntington Creek still have open water. Try using nymph or hackle flies to catch brown trout here. (03-07-18)
*Huntington North Reservoir*:
The north reservoir has open water again, though skim ice may form daily. Check the cameras on the Emery Water Conservancy District website http://www.ewcd.org/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=govdelivery to see if there is open water or unstable ice before venturing here. (03-07-18)
*Huntington Reservoir*:
The reservoir has stable ice, but it is buried beneath two or more feet of snow and slush. You’ll need a shovel or an auger extension to fish here. Try using tube jigs or plain jig heads tipped with worms to catch tiger trout here.

*Joes Valley Reservoir*:
The reservoir still has a lot of ice, but ice thickness varies greatly across the reservoir. Use extra caution when fishing here. Try using spoons or jigs tipped with chub meat for catching trout here. A new catch-and-release record for splake was made official on Jan. 24. The 30.5-inch splake was caught in November. (03-07-18)
*Knight-Ideal Community Fishing Pond*:
The pond in Wellington reopened on Mar. 1. Most of the pond has open water. Try using worms or PowerBait to catch trout here. Some anglers have caught trout between eight inches and 14 inches since the pond reopened.

The upper end of Lower Fish Creek is still accessible, with open water. Four-wheel drive is a good idea for driving in and out of the parking lot. Try using panther martin spinners or green soft hackle flies for catching trout and chubs here. (03-07-18)
*Miller Flat Reservoir*:
The reservoir is currently inaccessible for highway vehicles. You might be able to reach the reservoir using a snow machine. (03-07-18)
*Millsite Reservoir & State Park*:
As of Mar. 2, Millsite Reservoir was covered in ice again, but the ice is too thin and unstable for ice fishing.

*Potters Ponds*:

*Price River*:
Much of the Price River through Price Canyon has frozen over, making fishing impossible in many areas. (03-07-18)
*Right Fork of Huntington Creek*:
Some parts of Huntington Creek still have open water, especially just below the Electric Lake dam. (03-07-18)
*Scofield Reservoir*:
Anglers have been ice fishing near the dam cove, near Madison Bay and near the island on the west side of the reservoir. The ice is about 14 inches thick on the east side of the reservoir, and about 18 inches thick off the Mountain View boat ramp. Anglers have been successful catching rainbow and cutthroat trout using white/chartreuse jigs tipped with chub meat or waxworms. Paddle bugs, clear/speckled tube jigs and green glow ice flies tipped with a waxworm have also worked well. Try fishing between 16 and 22 feet of water, close to the bottom. Fishing is best before noon or in early evening. (03-07-18)
