The Forest Service Utah Avalanche Center has issued an Avalanche Warning for the mountains of Central Utah, to
include the Manti-Skyline and Fish Lake Plateau.

The Avalanche Warning extends through Sunday evening. Very dangerous avalanche conditions exist with human triggered avalanches 4-6’ deep and hundreds of feet wide occurring in steep terrain. These avalanches are unsurvivable. Travel in and underneath avalanche terrain is not recommended. Avalanches may be triggered from a distance or from below.
