It’s that time for children in the Castle Country area to grab their baskets and get ready for several Easter Egg Hunts taking place in the surrounding cities.
Price City’s Desert Wave Pool will host their annual event on March 24 and the hunt times have been divided up by age. The first hunt will start at 1:30 pm for 0-3 year old, with 2:00 pm set for 4-6 year old, then at 2:30 pm the 7-9 year old will take a turn and finish at 3:00 pm with the 10-12 year olds. Regular admission prices will apply, $4.00 for 12 & older, $3.00 for 4-11 year old and free for children 3 years old and under with a paying adult. There will be prizes, games, giveaways, with Wibit races for children over the age of 13 years old. Parents are encouraged to bring their cameras for pictures with the Easter Bunny.
Trails End Realty will host their 13th Annual Easter Egg Hunt on March 24 at 10:00 am inside Pioneer Park in Price. Any children from sixth grade and younger are invited to attend and participate. The Easter Bunny will be there for photos for $2.00 and there will be fun arts and crafts for $2.00. There is a suggested donation of $1.00 to enter to win a bicycle and other awesome prizes. Parents should be at the park with their children before the 10:00 am start time.
Wellington City is hosting their annual hunt on March 24 at 10:00 am inside the City Park on Main Street. There will be lots of fun with eggs filled with lots of candy and other items for the children that participate.
Miners Trading Post in East Carbon is excited to be hosting an Easter Egg Hunt on March 24 at 10:00 am at their location of 23 Market Street. They are looking forward to all the children in the area to attend their event.
Children in Emery County can attend the Emery County Care Rehabilitation Center Easter Egg Hunt on March 24 at 9:30 am at their located of 455 West Mill Road in Ferron. Taking place on the same day in Cleveland is their town’s event set to start at 10:00 am in front of the Cleveland Town Hall located at 35 South 100 West. Huntington City will host their hunt for children ages 1 to 12 years old at 10:00 am inside the City’s Lions Park located right off Main Street.
Another hunt in Emery is scheduled on a weekday, March 28 at Stewart’s Market located at 590 East Main in Castle Dale. Children age 0 to kindergarten will have their hunt at 11:30 am and the kindergarten through sixth grade will have theirs at 3:30 pm.
Helper City will host their Easter Egg Hunt on March 31 at 9:00 am at the city park. The organizers are currently accepting the donation of plastic eggs and candy, which may be dropped off at City Hall on Main Street.
