The Carbon Dinos moved to 7-0 in Region 14 play with a wire-to-wire win Wednesday afternoon, topping the American Leadership Academy Eagles 14-5 in Spanish Fork.
Despite earning the comfortable win, the Dinos were outhit 10-5 in the contest. Carbon managed to take advantage of eight ALA errors. Patience at the plate also produced nine walks and three hit batters.
Cody Lowe amassed four hits in five tries as he blasted two singles, one double and a triple to go along with four RBIs. Jadon Robertson finished 1-3 with two RBIs and one walk.
Triton Abeyta picked up the win on the bump after allowing just two hits, while striking out two in 2.2 innings of work. Zac Bradley, Kaleb Nelson, Nate Olson and Jaxon Leonard also had time on the mound. The group of five pitchers did not give up a single earned run throughout the game.

Before turning its attention to Juab the Dinos will play host to ALA for the second and final meeting Friday afternoon.
