Emery High School baseball manager Rob Smith joined KOAL’s Drive Time Sports on Thursday afternoon to recap the 2018 baseball season.

During his first season as manager, Smith’s squad qualified for the State Championship Tournament. After dropping their opening round matchup to the Carbon Dinos, the Spartans eliminated the Morgan Trojans. The season came to an end with a loss to Union in the following contest.
