Two weeks into the American Legion Baseball season the Helper Merchants have taken a comfortable lead at the top of the Southern Division, while Salem Hills has also raced out to an unbeaten start.
Following a come-from-behind win over Dixie on Friday, Helper remains the lone unbeaten squad in the Southern Division. Springville and St. George are trailing close behind with two losses.
Despite a 5-0 start in the Central Division, Salem Hills holds just a one game lead over Pleasant Grove and Taylorsville.
League play will continue on Tuesday night for both the Southern and Central Division. Below are the current standings as of Monday, June 18:
