Marilyn Lee Guymon Fauver passed away on August 10, 2018 surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on March 25, 1937 in Farmington, New Mexico to Willard Grant Guymon and Alice Lillian Grubb Guymon. Marilyn is survived by her six children, Gail(Jeff)Mabe of Salt Lake City, James(Jennifer)Fauver of Orangeville, Karen(Robert)Knowles of Braham MN, Bill(Michelle)Fauver of Isanti, MN, Tammie(Ken)Mullikin of Columbus, MT, and Jonathon(Wendy) Fauver of Castle Dale, 21 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, sister, Mary Edna Roberg of Farmington, MO, and brother, Ken Guymon of Provo.

Marilyn was raised in Mancos, CO with her 3 siblings. She moved to Provo when she was 16 where she graduated high school. Marilyn attended Brigham Young University where she met her husband Phil. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, she loved to garden, sew and do Family History. Marilyn was an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served in many organizations. Marilyn and Phil lived in many different locations and states over the 60 years of their marriage. They fell in love with Emery County and made this their home 23 years ago. She and Phil served two missions to the Family History Library in Salt Lake City and also served at the Manti Temple. Marilyn was actively involved in the DUP and the Historical Society and loved traveling with her husband, especially to spend time with family. Marilyn was preceded in death by her husband Phil, her parents, brother, Wesley(Sonny)Guymon and granddaughter, Sara Knowles.

Marilyn was lovingly cared for at Heirloom Inn and Emery County Care and Rehab. The family wishes to express their sincere gratitude for their devoted care of our Mother.

Graveside services will be held Tuesday, August 14, 2018 at the Orangeville City Cemetery at 11:00 AM with interment following. Family and friends may sign the online guestbook and share memories of Marilyn at www.fausettmortuary.com.
