The Carbon Lady Dinos remained unbeaten in Region 14 by topping the Maeser Prep Lions 3-1 Tuesday afternoon in Lindon.

Entering the contest with a perfect 2-0 record in region play, the Lady Dinos outscored the Lions 2-1 in the first half. Carrying the one-goal lead into the final period, Carbon added one more in the second half to secure the win.

The win allows Carbon to keep pace with Delta, who is also 3-0, at the top of the Region 14 standings. The two teams are scheduled to square off for the first of two meetings on Tuesday, Sept. 4.

Carbon will return to the field on Thursday for a home meeting with American Leadership Academy. So far this season ALA has suffered losses in both league games.
