PRICE – The USU Eastern women’s soccer team made their 2018 NJCAA Division I Poll debut Wednesday coming in at 20 in the rankings.

Wednesday’s appearance in the poll is the first time the women’s soccer team has been ranked since they were ranked 17 on September 27, 2016.

The Eagles have a 3-0 record after defeating Sheridan 3-1 on Friday and Trinidad State 4-0 on Saturday.

Ahead of them in the poll is SWAC rival Snow College coming in at 10 in the rankings.

This Friday and Saturday the Eagles will host College of Southern Nevada to open conference play.

Friday’s game is scheduled for 1 p.m. and Saturday’s game will start at 11 a.m.

Both games will be played at the USU Eastern Soccer Field north of campus .
