Castle Country Radio Stations would like to give voters a chance to get to know their candidates through a series of Meet the Candidates gatherings. The Q&A event features Emery County candidates that will be on the November General Election ballot on Tuesday, October 2 at 5:00 pm at Emery High School.

Voters may listen live on KOAL AM 750 or FM 107.3 or access the live stream at www.KOALitv.com, both may be accessed through our website at www.castlecountryradio.com. A more personal way to listen to the candidates’ is to attend the event in person by visiting the USU-Eastern Central Instructional Building’s Black Box Theatre.

The second session will take place on October 9 with featured candidates seeking the Utah State Representative 69 seat. Those scheduled are Republican Christine Watkins and Democratic Tim Glenn, along with Carbon County Clerk/Auditor candidates Seth Marsing and Salika Laulu Merrell. Voters may submit a question to the candidates by emailing election2018@koal.net. As a reminder, not all questions will be presented due to the number of candidates and time restrictions.
