Our community sadly lost a teacher and loving friend on Wednesday, October 31, 2018; Pauline Kranker was known more favorably as Polly passed of natural causes. She will be missed by all that had the privilege to know her.

Polly is preceded in death by her husband Anton Kranker. She is survived by their children Janet, James, Marvin, Susan, Timothy, fifteen grandchildren and twenty great-grandkids. Polly was born 1 of thirteen siblings to Della and Tilton Coggins in Pawhatan, Alabama.

She put her knowledge to work at East Carbon High School as well as other schools. From a degree that she earned at age 57 without hesitation. She was a strong and goal-oriented woman that reached for her dreams. Along with being a teacher Polly was an active Christian in many different ways in very different activities and personal connection in the Christian community

She we be missed by many and will always be in our hearts.

Her service will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, 1:00 p.m., at the Price Chapel-Christian Missionary Alliance, 611 West Price River Drive, Price. Family will receive friends at the church Wednesday one hour prior to service. Interment Price City Cemetery.
