Personnel from Emery County Sheriff’s Office, Grand County Sheriff’s Office, Utah Highway Patrol and Emery County Sheriff’s Search and Rescue are searching for a missing Iowa man.

Bryce McCance, age 25, was reported missing and endangered on November 21, after the family received a suicidal text message from him. It is believed that this photo of McCance was taken that same day.

Personnel have been searching an area in Emery County based on coordinates of the cell phone tower where his phone was last pinged. His vehicle was recovered on Sunday, November 27 approximately 1.5 miles southeast of Hatt’s Ranch.

McCance is described as 5’9″ and 130 lbs. He has black hair and brown eyes.

The search continues today, Monday, November 26.
