PRICE – Utah State Eastern Athletics will be holding a fundraising dinner on April 3 at the Carbon County Events Center.

The event will feature a prime rib dinner by local chef Sam Farlaino.

In addition to the meal, the even will have performances by Dan Bennett and the Carbon High School Choir.

Bennett is a comedian and juggler who has appeared in television shows and commercials.

The cost of the event is $30 per plate and tickets must be purchased in advance.
