The Carbon High FFA is sponsoring an evening of Donkey Basketball on Friday, March 29 at 6:15 pm inside the Carbon High Gymnasium.

“So, we have our annual Donkey Basketball game coming up and it’s March 29 so we’re going to hold it in the Carbon High new gym and we’re going to start pre-show events at 6:15 pm and then we’re actually going to start the show promptly at 6:30 pm with the National Anthem,” said Chapter President, Jace Draper. This event has become an annual fundraiser to help raise funds to assist the school’s FFA program.

This year’s games will consist of four teams, the Carbon High FFA versus Emery High FFA and the second game will be Price City Council members versus USU Eastern students. “If you buy advanced tickets adults are going to be $9.00, students 7th grade through 12th grade are going to be $6.00 and children kindergarten through 6th grade are $4.00 and anybody under kindergarten is free,” explained Draper. Advance tickets are available for purchase at IFA located on 100 North or at BodyGlo Day Spa located at 69 West Main Street. Tickets can be purchased at the door for a slight increase in price.
