Joe McNeel, age 59, passed away unexpectedly March 27, 2019.
He was born July 3, 1959, in Afton, Wyoming to Woodrow and Margaret Harmon McNeel. Married Kathy Leffler on January 7, 1978 in Castle Dale, Utah.
Joe was a jack of all trades who loved tinkering on anything and everything. Besides his family, his projects were his pride and joy. He lovingly restored many vehicles including his 1959 Chevy pick-up.
He worked as a mechanic/welder at Staker Parson. Joe enjoyed camping, fishing and building the family
farm. Joe was a man of few words, but when he did speak, it was profound. Whether it was cracking a joke, solving problems, or giving advice, he was always worth listening to. We all knew we could count on Joe for anything we needed. Joe will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
