Johnny Lee Blackham, age 65, passed away May 2, 2019 at Utah Valley Medical Center in Provo.

Johnny was born December 12, 1953 in Kenilworth, Utah to Doyle Lee and Marbie Joy Rudman Blackham.

Johnny enjoyed hunting, camping, fishing, 4-wheeling and just being outdoors and in the mountains. He loved spending time with his family and cooking.

Survived by his children, Penny (John) McConnel, Grand Junction, David (Tracy) Blackham, Colorado Springs, Crystal Swenson, Kenilworth, Stephan Blackham, Price, Jodie (Henry) Crossley, Tulare, California, Christopher Bright, Price; siblings, Kari (David) Pilling, Kenilworth, Jody (Nora) Blackham, Jaime (Elaine) Blackham, Kelly (Victor) Romero; 13 grandchildren.

Funeral service, Wednesday, May 8, 2019, 2:00 p.m., Mitchell Funeral Home where family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 7:00-8:00 p.m. and Wednesday one hour prior to service.
