As a follow-up to the Emery County Sheriff’s Office (ECSO) story on June 18, evidence has been processed and bail has been set for the four individuals arrested in Elmo, Emery County, UT on June 18, 2019.

The estimated street value of drugs seized is $64,000.00. Each suspect is facing multiple charges, and Judge Steven Stream has set bail in the following amounts: Brandy Burgess, $81,000.00; Frank Burgess, $82,950.00; Travis Heaton, $91,680.00; and Amber Huffman, $90,360.00.

Emery County Sheriff Greg Funk stated, “This bust is a big one for our area. This residence has been on our radar for a while now. It is important that Emery County citizens contact our office if they notice suspicious activities in their neighborhoods. If you see something, say something. You can remain anonymous. I would personally like to thank all agencies involved in this arrest – – AP&P, UHP, ECSO Deputies and Emery County Drug Task Force. They all worked together on this. I am hopeful that the judges will do their part in imposing proper charges and sentencing.”
