The Miss Carbon County Organization is hosting a Crowns & Cars Car Wash Fundraiser on Thursday, July 18 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Market Express Chevron.

This is great opportunity for individuals to swing by to get their car washed by the Miss Carbon County Organization Royalty. The cost is $10.00 and tickets may be purchased by contacting a member of the royalty or by calling 650-6744.

The Miss Carbon County Organization is a local scholarship organization that serves as a preliminary competition for the Miss Utah & Miss Utah’s Outstanding Teen Scholarship Competitions as well as the Miss America & Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Scholarship Competitions. The competition process teaches young women viable life skills: public speaking, vocabulary, poise, strength, knowledge and voice in political and current events, and helps each candidate discover their values. The organization focuses on the four points of the crown: Service, Style, Scholarship and Success.

The competition for Miss Carbon County & Miss Carbon County’s Outstanding Teen will be held on August 17. The Mini, Little & Junior Miss Carbon County Pageant will be held August 16th, 2019.
