Craig, COLORADO – The USU Eastern men’s soccer was on the road Saturday September 21st to take on the Colorado Northwestern Spartans.
The first half of the game started off a little slow for The Eagles allowing the Spartans a quick score. Battling back during the second half, USU Eastern was able to step it up and freshman Nolan Ramirez scored a goal to take the game into overtime.
The Eagles were able to keep the Spartans from scoring and took them into double overtime, unfortunately ending in an even tie of 1-1.
The Eagles will be playing their conference home opener on Thursday September 26th against the College of Southern Nevada Coyotes at 1 PM.
