FutureINDesign (FIND) is hosting an Information Session on Thursday, December 5 at 6:00 pm at their business location of 720 West Price River Drive, which is the old Bealls building. This is a perfect opportunity to learn more about the FIND program and what it has to offer individuals seeking a new career.

“FutureINDesign is a non-profit program that our goal is to bring generational poverty out of rural Utah. So in doing that we offer a training course that we train in soft and hard skills, and those hard skills are on industrial sewing machines. So after they are done with the training they can become employed on a manufacturing line right here in Price, Utah,” said FIND Representative, Brenda Adderly. FIND is a workforce development organization that focuses on underserved communities in Utah that are talented and looking for high demand job training. Their goal is to create 200 jobs for the community.

“We have an Information Session on December 5 at 6:00 pm at our location here in Price and our training program is going to change a little bit, we had a ten week course and now we’re going to put it down to five so if you’re interested in a job or new career or both we would love to have you come to our Information Session, learn about our new program and just come and see what wonderful things that we’re doing for the community here in Price to bring sustainable jobs to the community,” stated Adderly. This free event is open to anyone over the age of 18 years of age in the community who is looking for a new career or would like to obtain new skills.
