Our loving mother, grandmother and wife, Ella Mae “Ellie” Jensen, returned to the loving arms of her Heavenly Father on November 20, 2019.

She was born January 24, 1940, to Walter and Annie Boren Noyes. Married Emmet Jensen on June 22, 1957 in Elko, Nevada.

Ellie loved spending time in the outdoors fishing and hunting with Emmet and the rest of her family. She was an expert seamstress, and she and Emmett loved tending their garden on their piece of heaven just south of Huntington. Ellie would then bottle the results of their labors on the farm, providing delicious food for her family. She was also a line dancer for nearly two decades.

She is survived by her husband Emmett; daughters, Terrie (Gary) Wilson, Huntington, Utah, Jerri (Richard) Daniels, Logan, Utah; son, Troy (Leslie) Jensen, Green River, Wyoming; brothers, Neldon Noyes, Price, Utah, Fred Noyes, Price, Utah; eight grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.

Preceded in death by her parents; brother, Merril Noyes; and daughter, Tammy Dennis.

Funeral service, Monday, November 25, 2019, 11:00 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home where family will receive friends an hour prior to the service. Interment, Huntington City Cemetery.
