In the early morning of Sunday, February 9, 2020, our beloved Nathan Lee Navarro received his wings.

Born January 8, 1986, to Debbie Navarro and Jeff Bruno. He was the star in their eyes. Naterbuns, Nate Dog was an exceptional father, son and brother.

His life shined the day his son Kendrick was born. He lived and breathed for his son. He truly was the greatest dad ever.

He had love for not only his son, but also for the Chicago Bulls. When he met Michael Jordan by chance, his smile was from ear to ear. He loved his Denver Broncos as his wardrobe spoke for him. His obsession with shoes and jerseys was unending.

Our lives are shattered, but his love for everyone who knew him speaks volume. His 34 years of life, touched and helped so many. His words, his smile, his love for his family get-togethers, trips to Grandma Lucille’s cabin to go fishing and ride his motorcycles, hanging out with his family, wrestling with his brother and cousins, meant so much to him. He may have been short, but he stood tall in their eyes.

His love for his mom, son, his music, his love for everyone will never be forgotten.

“1, 4, 3” was his famous saying, which means “I Love You.”

Nathan, you are written in our thoughts, hearts and minds, and will be forever cherished for all eternity.

Kendrick, your daddy truly, truly, truly loved you.

Survivors include his beloved son, Kendrick Navarro; step-children, Amie and J.J., and their mother, Tae; his parents; brother, Bryson (Bre); grandmothers, Lucille Frandsen and Theresa Chacon; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
