It is with heavy hearts that we announce on Sunday, March 1, 2020, our mother, daughter, sister and beloved child of god Janice Evans (Miller) passed away unexpectedly at the age of 59 years.

Janice Annette Harris was born September 19, 1961 in Price to mother Jo Ann Harris and father Doyle Warren. She was a devoted and loving mother first and foremost. She treasured each and every moment spent with her children and grandchildren. She had a vivacious personality and warm smile to match. She was a dedicated caregiver to her loved ones and always put others first. She will be greatly missed by all those that knew her.

Janice is survived by her three children, Michael (Emily) Evans, Candice (Alex) Reeves, and Alexis (Adam) Zimmerman; three grandchildren, Payton, Kyle, and Jaxon; Adoring Mother, Jo Ann Davies; Siblings, Shirlee (Travis) Brown, and Alexander (Danielle) Saracino; her sweetheart Rudy Mezek; nieces, nephews and cousins, as well as her beloved cats.

Janice is preceded in death by her great Aunt and Uncle Emil and Renee Simone of Price, and her father, Doyle Warren of Helper.

A funeral service in memory of Janice will be held at Price Chapel 611 W. Price River Dr. on Monday, March 9th, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. with a viewing beginning at 9:30 a.m. Interment, Cliffview Cemetery in Price.  Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home of Price where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
