MeChelle Marie “Chelle” Noyes, age 49, passed away April 25, 2020 at her home.

She was born December 20, 1970 in Price, Utah to Jim and Mary Peczuh Noyes.

Chelle loved spending time with her father Jim. They frequently shot guns, went off-roading, worked and played outside. Undoubtedly, leaving a wake of fond memories for one another behind. Chelle had a fun and adventurous personality and she was never afraid to laugh at herself. She demonstrated intelligence and determination by earning an Associate’s Degree in Science from CEU while tending to her family and working. Her love for her sons was most obvious at their sporting events, often times being the loudest parent in the stands.

She listened to a wide variety of music, but Rock and Roll and Metal always seemed to be her preference. Inspired by her passion and love for music, Chelle recently began learning how to play the guitar and drums. Her creativity shined through in other ways as well. She was an exceptional rock mason who helped create some of the best landscaping and rock art in the area. Chelle was a true Rock Star, overcoming many trials and obstacles in her life. Her fun sense of humor and adventurous spirit will be missed.

Chelle is survived by her sons, Andrew Jackson, Las Vegas, NV, Sean Jackson, Price; grandchildren, James and Dax; brother and sister, Jimmy (Kim) Noyes, Patty (Phil) Pappas, both of Price; and many loving nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, Jim Noyes; mother, Mary Noyes, and grandparents, Matt and Ann Peczuh, Jim and Leah Noyes.
