John Scott Tolich, age 52, passed peacefully from this life into his new adventures on June 2, 2020, in Kennewick, Washington, from a prolonged medical condition.

John was born May 18, 1968 in Price, Utah to Vink and JoAnn Tolich.  He married Molly Patten Pappas July 18, 2010, she was the love of his life ever since high school. John grew up in Kenilworth and Spring Glen. He graduated from Carbon High School in 1986. He loved going to Lake Powell with Grandma and Grandpa Wooden and all the Hamilton cousins.

He was an electrician by trade in Kennewick, Washington. He enjoyed all things outdoors: hunting, fishing, camping, and scuba diving. He LOVED being on and near the Columbia River where he learned to scuba dive and played many hours with his dogs Josey, Duke, and Tig.

John’s family always knew “John lived his life on his own terms.”

Survived by his wife Molly, Kennewick; son, Therron (Grace); grandson, Beorn, Yuba Lake; Molly’s sons, Kyler and Cole; parents, Vink and JoAnn Tolich, Spring Glen; siblings, Brett (Tammy) Tolich, Prescott, Mike (Jaimee) Tolich, Helper, Jaime (Chad) Cowdell, Carbonville; many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and special friend Ken Piekarski who helped him achieve the love of Scuba Diving and was always there for him.

Preceded in death by grandparents Win and Mary Wooden, grandparents, John and Ana Tolich, uncle, Scott Wooden; niece, Callie Tolich, and cousin Channa Lynn Wooden.
