Clifford Wayne Frisbie

Born 1 September 1937 in Rich Hill, Bates County, Missouri.

Died 30 July 2020 in Huntington, Emery County, Utah

Wayne was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Marie Beal Frisbie, his father William Glenn Frisbie, and his younger brother Ralph Leroy Frisbie. He is survived by two younger brothers Franklin Eugene Frisbie of Huntington, Utah and William Glenn Frisbie Jr. of Castle Dale, Utah as well as his two daughters Vicki Marie Jarret of Las Vegas, Nevada and Brenda Kay Frisbie of Hummstown, Pennsylvania. Also Taylor Jarret, grandson, Brent Lee Frisbie, grandson, Genevieve Frisbie and Corrie Frisbie, great granddaughters, Derrick Curtis Bates, grandson, Bartholomew Bates, great grandson, Cassy Satterberg, granddaughter, Oscar Satterberg, great grandson.

Wayne served in the United States Army for three years right after he graduated from Central High School in Mesa County Colorado. He married Shirley Irene Willson in Grand Junction, Colorado in 1959. Wayne and Shirley were later divorced. He worked most of his adult life installing carpet in homes and businesses all over western Colorado. He was an avid photographer, and nearly always had his camera with him. He spent a lot of time with the Senior Citizens program in Huntington in the past few years. Wayne always had a story to tell. He and his stories will be greatly missed by his friends and family.

Wayne’s family would like to thank his friends here in Emery County for making his last years a happy and rewarding time in his life. Your friendship has been a true blessing to him. He greatly enjoyed the activities at the Huntington Senior Citizen Center.
