The Spartan volleyball season ended in the quarterfinals of the 3A State Championship Tournament to eventual back in October to the Richfield Wildcats in the consolation round. And now they wrap up the post season with one of their own making the 3A All-State team.

Junior Madisyn Childs collected her first nod in the rankings voted on by coaches from around the state , landing her on the Honorable Mention list.

Childs played in just 48 sets this season but gathered 99 kills and 84 blocks, 36 of those were solo. She also collected seven aces with a 80.8 serving percentage.

With Madisyn being a junior we will look ahead to next fall when her and the rest of the Lady Spartans will take to the floor once again.
