Frank took his last breath on February 2nd, 2021 at age 78 surrounded by family. He was a hardworking husband, father, grandpa, great grandpa, cousin, friend and coach, loved by all who knew him. He was born in Price, Utah on May 31st, 1942 to Charles and Margaret Zaccaria Felice. He attended Notre Dame grade school and high school. He furthered his education at Carbon College and the University of Utah where he played football. Frank and Pam were married in Las Vegas on January 28th, 1967. Frank was a lifelong member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Together they had three children Richard, Sharon and Gary. Frank worked hard all of his life with several different jobs. He started on the railroad in Helper before moving to Las Vegas to operate a family-owned bar and restaurant and mentor youth at a detention center. In 1991, his family returned to Utah, making Helper their home, as he became the plant manager at Omega Transworld. Through Omega, he traveled making friends as far as Australia and Thailand; but Frank never truly stopped working after his retirement in 2014. When he wasn’t taking his granddaughter to golf tournaments, he spent countless hours in his beautiful yard planting roses and growing his garden. Frank gave 110% at everything he did. With him, the bed was always made, the grass always cut, and his golf game was just as precise. His talents stretched from the golf course to the casino where he could spend hours playing video poker.
