Jose Luis Morales-Gamez, age 64, passed away February 12, 2021 in Provo, Utah while surrounded by his loved ones.

He was born October 10, 1956 in Sensuntepeque Cabanas, El Salvador to Jose Antonio Morales and Maria Inez Gamez.

Jose Married Kathy Jones February 14, 2012 in San Francisco, California.

Jose loved his family and his church family very much.  He enjoyed helping others and spending time with his grandchildren.  Jose always had a love for life and was always on the go.  He loved gardening, fishing, camping, his cars and going on vacation with his beloved wife.  He loved teaching and making people laugh and smile.  Jose will be truly missed by all who knew him.

Survived by the love of his life, Kathy Morales, Price; children, Jessica (Justin) Washington, CA., Evalina M. Hansen, CA., Kenneth (Danielle) Torres, SC, Charlie Emmons, Price, Jessica Isidro, CA, John Haley, Kona, Hawaii; sisters, Dolores (Rafael) Andrade, CA, Rita (Arturo) Velasquez, CA, Miriam Martinez, CA; mother in law, Nettie Patrick, Price; 16 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren; many aunts, uncles, cousins and nephews.

Preceded in death by his daughters, Khearsen Emmons, Star Emmons; father, Jose Antonio Morales; mother, Maria Inez Gamez; father in law, Jim Jones, Sr.; and his grandparents.

Funeral service, Wednesday, February 17, 2021, 11:00 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home where the family will receive friends beginning at 9:00 a.m.  Interment, Mt.
