
Balynda Marie Scovill, 46, passed away peacefully March 11, 2021 surrounded by family after a long battle with cancer.
Balynda was born February 20, 1975 in Provo, Utah to Stephen and Ellen Fowles. She then moved to Carbon County in 1978.
After a “wild” summer in Catalina Island, she come home and met her future husband and had three wonderful kids that became her everything.
Balynda enjoyed camping and fishing with her dad and soon passed that passion on to her kids. She enjoyed gardening, puzzles, and leveling up on Candy Crush. She never missed a tennis match, dance recital, or a baseball game. Her annual Christmas shopping trip with her mom was a must.
Through her years being a realtor at Etzel Realty, she made many friends, both clients and coworkers.
Balynda had a special place in her heart for her Girl Scout troop #327. Because of her dedication the girls never missed a camp or a cookie sale.
Survived by her husband, Lance; children, Kaydance, Branden, and Paige; mother, Ellen; mother- in- law, Debbie; sister, Jaymi; brother, Bryce (Kelli) and sister-in-law, Kim; nieces and nephews, Easton, Leander, Kara, and Gwen.
Preceded in death by her father, Stephen Fowles.
