With August right around the corner that means it won’t be long before school is back in session, and with the new school year comes fall sports. Pinnacle returns to classes on August 25, and their sports season is about to begin.

The baseball team will get started with their first home game of the season on August 4 as they lock up with region foe Panguitch. The regular season will end on September 27 on the road vs. Tintic and the first round of the state playoffs will begin on October 1.

The volleyball squad opens up on the road in Tintic on August 12. They will welcome American Prep to Price on August 17 for their first home contest. The team will begin region play on August 31 in Green River, with the first round of the state tournament beginning on October 23.

The Cross Country schedule will begin with their first meet coming up on August 3. The Panthers will host a race on September 13 and then the season will come to a finish during the state cross country meet on October 27 in Rose Park.
