Our Dear Husband, Father, Brother and Friend Phillip Floyd passed away peacefully on August 27, 2021 at Pinnacle Nursing Home in Price, Utah.

He is survived by his wife Ruth, His sister Thelma and his 7 beautiful children, Steve, Cindy, Tom, Shandy, Nina, Annie, and Willie, as well as many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
