DeeAnna Lynn Byrge Fisher, 46, died September 6, 2021 at her home after a short battle with cancer.
She was born to Frank A. Byrge and Patty Sherman in Murray, Utah on May 5, 1975 at the old Cottonwood Hospital. She married Sam Diamond Sr. and had two amazing children; they later divorced. She married Mark E. Fisher, October 17, 2020 at the Wedge in Emery County.
DeeAnna grew up and attended school in Carbon County. For over the past year she was employed at the Super 8 Motel in Price as a manager. Everyone that she met there she made into a friend. She had an uncanny ability to relate to guests and scored the highest reviews ever seen and she was very proud of that!
DeeAnna was a very crafty person and thoroughly enjoyed that. She was a fantastic cook, especially her lasagna and green chili pork chops. She loved camping and fishing in Huntington Canyon and in the San Rafael with her family. She had her bumps in life but always bounced back. She was always up for a good time and a lot of laughs. She would jump into that with both feet. She was not a really big materialistic person but she loved nice things. DeeAnna had a B.S. attitude at times and she had to have it her way and was stubborn till she got it the way she wanted. She was who she was, sometimes NO filter! We wouldn’t have wanted her any other way!
DeeAnna is survived by her loving husband, Mark E. Fisher, East Carbon, Utah; mother, Patty Lemon, Price , Utah; two brothers, Tracy Byrge (Deana) Afton, Wyoming; and Travis (Lisa) Byrge, Price, Utah; the father of her children, Sam Sr. (Tiffany) Diamond, Roosevelt, Utah; one son, Sam Diamond Jr., Wellington, Utah; and one daughter, Caitlin (Josh) Giraud, Price, Utah.
Preceded in death by her grandparents and father.
Her wishes were to be cremated and her ashes spread in the ocean. There will be a Celebration of Life at the Ramada Banquet Hall (838 Westwood Blvd. Price, Utah) on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. The family would like to thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers of Dee.
