Eastern Utah Community Credit Union (EUCCU) is excited to be hosting its Fourth Annual Pumpkin Festival on Friday, October 15 at 3:00 pm at their Price Branch at 675 East 100 North. EUCCU Representative, Paige Anderson stopped by Castle County Radio to share all the details of the event.

“Well, the main thing that you can do is pick out your pumpkin. We set up a cute little pumpkin patch in our back lot, back there and you can come find the perfect pumpkin for your carving this year. As well as, we’ve got carnival games, and face painting and a drawing for a Nintendo Switch just by showing up,” said Anderson. The cost to pick out a pumpkin is $3.00 or if you pick two pumpkins it’s $5.00.  This event is open to all children in the local area and it’s a way for EUCCU to give back to the community.

The proceeds earned from the Pumpkin Festival are to assist EUCCU with their Angel Tree Project. “The Angel Tree is kind of what we work towards in our community events all year long. We’re trying to get the money that we can help bring Christmas to families in the community,” said Anderson. EUCCU hosts various events like bake sales, Piggy Hunts, and concession stands to help earn money throughout the year to assist them with the Angel Tree.
