For those fortunate enough to have known Raymond Lee Ash, Sr. they’d be quick to tell you how intelligent he was. A loving father to his four children and the absolute best husband a wife could ask for.  He was an excellent fisherman and a pro behind the barbeque grill.

Ray was many things.  He was the life of the party, always cracking jokes.  He would have the entire room laughing and having a great time wherever he was.  From the time he was young his heart was always on the drilling rig in the oilfield industry where he climbed to the top as one of the very best tool pushers around.

This talented man was born in Monticello, Utah on March 20, 1961 to Joe and Dorothy Ash.

Ray left us far too soon and unexpectedly on October 11, 2021 at the age of 60.

Ray is survived by his wife, Kathy Ash Torrey; his four children, Raymond Ash, Jr., Robbie Ash, RaeAnne Ash, Rawley Ash; siblings, Debbie Taylor, Terry Ash, Travis Ash.

Preceded in death by his parents.
