
Carmella Crespin was born on February 27, 1930, to Mike and Flora Chavez. She passed away on November 5, 2021 at Pinnacle Nursing & Rehabilitation. She was 91.
Carmella married Joseph Crespin in Rifle, Colorado, on July 9, 1949. Together they had three children.
Carmella was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She had a testimony of the gospel and lived by its teachings. She was later sealed in the Manti Temple with her eternal companion, Joseph. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren whom she loved very much. Carmella loved the outdoors. She enjoyed gardening, working in her yard, and taking care of her flowers. She also loved to get in the car and go for drives and see new places. She was always enthusiastic. Carmella loved her food. She was a very generous person and would do anything for anyone who was in need of help.
As a family we love you and we will miss you; until we meet again.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph; parents, Mike and Flora Chavez; and grandson, Kenneth Crespin.
She is survived by her children, Freddy (Margaret) Crespin, Helper, Utah, Veronica (Ralph) Vasquez, Winchester, California, and Joseph (Bertha) Crespin, Chino, California; eight grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Graveside service, Friday, November 12, 2021, 2:00 p.m., Mt. View Cemetery, Helper, Utah. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m. at Mitchell Funeral Home prior to the graveside.
