Our loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend, Mary Lou Edson Vogrinec, age 77, passed away peacefully November 16, 2021 at home while surrounded by her loving family.

She was born October 13, 1944 in Ogden, Utah to Frederick Kay and Belva Hill Edson.  On December 21, 1966, she married her sweetheart Albert Leon Vogrinec in Ogden, Utah.

Mary Lou is survived by her husband, Albert Vogrinec, Price; three daughters, Nicky Lee Vogrinec, Erica Lynne Vogrinec, both of Price, Lori Ann Sanchez, Colorado Springs, CO; six grandchildren, Derek Michael Vogrinec, Jeremy Albert Vogrinec Montoya, Brianne Nicole Vogrinec, Christina Mary Sanchez, Dylan Joseph Vogrinec and Isabelle LaRee Ceniceros; two great-grandchildren, Harper Lee Vogrinec and Liam Michael Leon Vogrinec; brother, Bruce Frederick (Jeri) Edson, St. George, UT.

Mary Lou was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Nola Kay Edson.

The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Shane Gagon, Dr. Scott Justesen, Michaela, Candice and the entire staff of Symbii Home Health and Hospice for their skilled care of Mary Lou.

Funeral service, Monday, November 22, 2021, 11:00 a.m., Mitchell Funeral Home where the family will receive friends one hour prior to service.  Interment, Cliffview Cemetery.  Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home where friends are welcome daily and may share memories online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net
