The duo of Lyndee Mower and Madi Orth earned all-state honors for the 2021 volleyball season when the list was published today. Mower, a senior and Orth, a sophomore both were key players for the Dinos this season. All-state teams are based on coaches votes from a list of nominated players and then are published by the Deseret News.

Mower, who received an honorable mention last season, landed on the second team this year. Mower led the team this year in digs with 491 and aces with 68. She was third on the team with 223 kills as well.

Orth, was dominant this year leading the team with 345 kills, and was second to Mower with 346 digs along with 46 service aces.

The Dinos finished 2021 with a 21-8 record.

They lost to Layton Christian Academy in the consolation bracket at the 3A state championship tournament.
