It’s time once again for a Quick & Easy Cooking Class to be offered on Wednesday, April 26 at 6:00 pm with USU Extension Carbon County, C.A.R.E. Coalition, Castleview Hospital and Create Better Health. These agencies are excited to be hosting a special event this month entitled Instant Pot Cooking.

“We’ll we’re going to start with some of the basics and give you tips and tricks of your Instant Pot so you can learn not to be afraid of it. Then will have a couple of things prepared like probably a cheesecake, and maybe the yogurt. Then we’ll prepare an entrée that you can have for dinner, we haven’t decided yet which one we are going to do. You can do desserts in there, like I said appetizers, anything,” stated Extension Assistant Professor, Christina Pay. The evening’s event will take place at the USU-Extension Classroom located inside the Carbon County Administration Building at 751 East 100 North, Suite #1700 in Price.

The class is going to be limited to the first 30 people so you need to get registered as soon as possible to reserve your spot. “They need to go to https://www.eventbrite.com/ and you can just go to https://www.eventbrite.com/ and look for the event its Quick & Easy Cooking Special Event Instant Pot Cooking. It’s $25.00 that includes the demonstration, the food, plus everybody who participates and comes gets a swag bag.
