Larry Allen Smith, age 68, of Castle Dale, Utah died Thursday, April 14, 2022 at Utah Valley Hospital.

He was born October 29, 1953 in Price, Utah to Donald Allen and Donna Jean Blackburn Smith.

Larry was a proud member of UMWA Local 1769, the US Army, and the National Guard.

Survived by his wife, Linda; sons, Jason (Tori), Jeremy (Karen Dayley), Jared (Amber); step-sons, Mike (Sherry) and Jake; also survived by eight grandchildren; sisters, Diana (Mike), Karen, and Joy (Kelley).

Preceded in death by his parents; and daughter, Shera Dawn.
