Our cherished mom, grandma, godmother, aunt, friend and youngest child and last survivor of Frank and Edith Banks Barker, Rosaleen W. Barker Fenn died April 30, 2022 at 99 years young.

She was born in Happy Valley, Cumberland Canada on October 18, 1922.  She moved to Utah in 1926 and has resided in Helper since 1941.  She was a graduate of Carbon High School.  Rosaleen became a US Citizen in 1963.

Married Robert J. Fenn in 1950 and he preceded her in death in 2001.  She had two children Robert Fenn, Jr. who passed away May 2, 1982 and Sheila Myers.

Rosaleen dearly loved her job as the secretary of Helper Jr. High for 14 years.  She enjoyed being with her family, sewing, quilting, puzzles and her dear friends of the Variety Club for over 60 years.  She was a devout member of St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in Helper.  She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survived by her daughter, Sheila (Brent) Myers, Helper; grandchildren, Staci (Jesse) Noleroth, Price, Rob Fenn (Lindsey Armstrong), Herriman, Matt (Mindy) Fenn, Santaquin, Megan Fenn, Payson, Bobby (Jenna) Fenn, Salt Lake City, Ryan (Maricruz) Fenn, Salt Lake City, Summer (Will) Flemetakis, Salt Lake City, David Myers, Salt Lake City, Jesse (Nancy) Myers, Salt Lake City; 17 great grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren; one nephew and 12 nieces.

Preceded in death by her husband, Robert; son, Robert Jr.; parents; sisters, Kit Morgan, Edith Beard Reed; brothers, Robert, Frank and twin brother Emmet Barker; grandson, Christopher Myers; great-granddaughter, Abby Flemetakis.

Funeral Mass, Tuesday, May 3, 2022, 10:00 a.m., St. Anthony Catholic Church.  Vigil service, Monday evening, 7:00 p.m., St. Anthony Catholic Church where the family will receive friends Monday and Tuesday one hour prior to service.  Interment, Mt. View Cemetery, Helper.  Arrangements entrusted to Mitchell Funeral Home where friends are always welcome daily and may share memories online at www.mitchellfuneralhome.net.
