Marilyn Hadfield Brady-Deason, age 80, passed away on June 24, 2022 in Price, Utah.

Marilyn was born January 26, 1942 in Cleveland, Utah to the late Dean and Eva Carlson Hadfield. She was the oldest of three children.

Marilyn married the late Clifford Brady in the Manti Temple in July 1957, and five children were born to this union. They were married for 51 years before Clifford’s passing. She later met Gerald Deason and married in July 2011, and she acquired four step-children. Marilyn worked 26 years at the Carbon County School District as a bus driver. She loved camping, fishing, hunting, gambling and traveling.

She is survived by her husband, Gerald; two brothers, Lamar and Gary Hadfield; children, Tammy Auberger (Todd), Terri Wooden, and Clifford Dean Brady (Tina); step-children, Mark Deason (Linnette), Mike Deason (Dawn), Tim Deason (Shannon), and Gerald Deason (Randi); and grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Dean and Eva Hadfield; her late first husband, Clifford Brady; daughter, Brenda Brady; son, Randy Brady; grandchildren, Nikki Brady Motte and Dustin Brady; son-in-law, Floyd Bruce Dunn, Sr.

Funeral service, Friday, July 1, 2022, 11:00 a.m., Price Stake Center (100 South 500 East). The family will receive friends at Mitchell Funeral Home Thursday evening from 6-7:00 p.m. and at the church on Friday one hour prior to the service. Interment, Price City Cemetery.
