It’s time once again for another Thursday night concert series for Culture Connection on July 7 at 7:00 pm at the Price City Peace Garden. Olson Entertainment was excited to come to Castle Country Radio to discuss all the details.
“We’re so excited to bring Lantern By Sea, they’re a really hot band in Utah right now. They just got done playing at Fork Fest in American Fork, they’re going to be playing at Superbloom which is a festival that happens in southern Utah that brings in quite the crowd. So we’re lucky to be bringing them into the Culture Connection series, we’re really excited to hear them perform,” said Kayden Olson. The second group to take the stage will be a Carbon County favorite, The Deltaz. They have played many times at Culture Connection, as well as at Helper Arts Festival.
There will be plenty of food vendors on hand during the Culture Connection concerts. “So we’re going to have Gettin’ Your Smoke On, Miss Kitty’s Outlaw Barbeque, Tallies and Smallies, the Sweet Treat Ice Cream Truck, and Angel’s Cravings,” said Laura Olson. Come a little early to walk the downtown area to browse through the stores and get yourself something to eat.
The following week on July 14 there will be two more bands taking the stage at 7:00 pm. “Yea, we’re excited to be hosting Grimwood and JD & The Brass Saddle Band. You know we’ve heard the response from the community, we’re bringing in some country bands. You know Grimwood they’re going to be performing original rock music, right afterwards JD & The Brass Saddle Band is going to be taking the stage to headline the night. They’re country music through and through, they’re really excited to come down here. They’re a hot band in Utah, we’re excited to host them,” said Kayden Olson.
The outdoor summer concerts are a great way to unwind from the hustle and bustle of a busy work week. Spectators are reminded to bring their lawn chairs and blankets as they find a spot to sit and enjoy the band. Remember to invite family members, friends and neighbors out for an entertaining evening at the Price City Peace Garden on Main Street.
