dead-guilty-2

The Utah State University Eastern Theatre Department is ready to present their first production of the school year entitled Dead Guilty. This production will run from Oct. 20-22 and Oct. 26 – Oct. 29 at the USU Eastern Peterson Black Box Theatre.

“So Dead Guilty is a thriller of sorts. Its set in the mid-90s in Canada and it follows the story of young woman named Julia, who’s a graphic designer.  She has just recently been in a car accident with someone who she was working with. It entails her recovery, and her interactions with two other characters namely Gary and Ann. Gary is her home health, and Ann is her court ordered therapist, and also another character Margaret, who is the wife of the husband who was in the car with Julia during that car accident. It’s a very interesting story, its also a dark story, but it is very entertaining,” said Sophomore, Kyra Peterson. This play is written by Richard Harris and is being directed by Associate Professor of Acting, Dr. Corey Ewan.

“So adult ticket prices are $15.00, senior ticket prices are $10.00, faculty/staff/alumni is $8.00, USU Students are $3.00, student 12 to 17 years of age are $10.00, children 6 to 11 are $6.00,” said Sophomore Morgan Innes.
