Workpoint and Castleview Hospital will be hosting their annual Trunk or Treat event on Saturday, Oct. 29 at 3:00 pm till 6:00 pm in the Castleview Urgent Care Parking Lot at 317 East 100 North in Price. Everyone in the community is invited to attend this great event.
“Most of the time there’s a line starting on 100 North, so we just start a line. At 3:00 pm we open the gates and then you walk through all of our trunks, which this year we have close to 40 trunks, plus other games, plus other prizes, and other set ups going along. The whole parking lot is going to be decorated, so when I say there’s a scare around every corner or something that’s going to make you jump, it’s truth,” said Event Representative, Jamie Fox. The trunks are being provided by Castleview Hospital employees and event sponsors.
“I’m even going to break down and feed everybody. Yes, there’s a free hot dog meal for everybody that attends. There will be live music during the event, there will be quizzes where people can win prizes or gift certificates and different stuff. So along with going through and getting candy, and being scared, it’s all going to be interactive too. I can promise there will probably be roaming bands of zombies, skeletons, and witches,” stated Fox. This is safe environment for kids to enjoy the Halloween season as the road will be blocked off in front of the Urgent Care facility. This will ensure the safety of the kids as they make their way to and from the event.
If you have any questions about the event or would like to donate candy towards the cause you can call Castleview Urgent Care at (435) 637-5061.
