Carbon wrestling took to the road last weekend, traveling to Salem for the Skyhawk Invitational. 32 different schools from around the state made the trip and the Dinos claimed the 19th spot.
South Summit claimed the top spot with 641 points, Beaver landed in second at 515. Caldwell, Spanish Fork and Hurricane rounded out the top five. Carbon earned 173 points at the tournament.
Colin Fausett went 6-1 and finished the meet in third after a 6-0 win by decision over Ryker Olson from Spanish Fork.
Trevor Jones (3-2), Rawzyn Allred (4-2), and Jonathan Jewkes (3-2) all finished the tournament with winning records.
The Dinos will be on the road in Kamas for the South Summit Duel on Wednesday.
