Randy Elmer, a senior forward for the Emery High School soccer team earned an Honorable Mention for the 2023 season.

The Spartans finished the season 7-6 and shared the Region 12 crown with Carbon, going 6-2 in conference play. Emery fell to Judge Memorial in the second round of the 3A State Soccer Championships.

Elmer, in his final season for the Spartans, put up six goals in 13 games.

3A all-state teams are compiled by the Deseret News after being voted on by coaches around the classification from a list of nominated players from each team.

Hauroa Morgant a senior forward from Juan Diego was named MVP for 3A.
