Tyler Morris and Dylan Curtis of the Carbon Dino soccer squad were tabbed for Honorable Mentions for the 2023 season.

The Dinos finished the season with a 9-4 overall record and shared the Region 12 title with the Emery Spartans turning in a 6-2 conference record. Carbon fell to runner-up Morgan, 6-0 in the 3A State Soccer Championships.

Between the pipes for the Dinos this season was senior Dylan Curtis, in his 13 games this season he registered five shutouts for Carbon.

Tyler Morris, a sophomore midfielder, put up six goals and three assists in 13 games for the Dinos this season.

3A all-state teams are compiled by the Deseret News after being voted on by coaches around the classification from a list of nominated players from each team.

Hauroa Morgant a senior forward from Juan Diego was named MVP for 3A.
